Timeout NOW is provided for authorized organizational and business use. Users must protect account credentials, use the service lawfully, respect access controls, and enter information they are authorized to provide. Organizations are responsible for configuring users, permissions, workflows and data according to their requirements. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, misuse personal information, or use the platform to infringe another person's rights. Timeout Studios Inc. retains ownership of the Timeout NOW platform, software, design and related intellectual property, while customers and users retain rights in their submitted business content subject to the rights needed to operate the service. The platform may use third-party providers and integrations. Availability, features and integrations may change as the service evolves. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to reasonable limitations of liability and without guarantees that every recommendation, automated result or third-party service will be error-free. Users remain responsible for professional, operational and legal decisions made using platform information.
