First we must understand your organization before deciding what to change.

Start with the Organizational Intelligence Assessment

The Organizational Intelligence Assessment (OIA) is a 25-question self-assessment designed to provide an initial measure of how effectively your organization turns information into decisions, action, and improvement. It looks across five areas of Organizational Intelligence to establish an initial baseline of how your organization operates today.

In just a few minutes, the OIA can help identify where your organization is working well, where information or decisions may be getting stuck, and where there may be opportunities to recover time, improve capacity, and strengthen execution.

What you'll receive:

  • Your overall Organizational Intelligence Score
  • Scores across all five Organizational Intelligence pillars
  • Key strengths and areas that may need attention
  • An estimate of potential time and organizational capacity that could be recovered
  • An improvement scenario showing the potential value of better ways of working
  • Recommended next steps based on your results

The OIA establishes an initial, self-reported baseline. It is not a detailed operational audit. Where deeper understanding is needed, the Operational Discovery Assessment (ODA) uses operational Evidence to examine how work actually happens and where improvement opportunities exist.
